Urgency and perspective.
These two words have been the beacons of light that have guided my life in recent years, and traits that I will trust to serve me well as I take the office of President for CBOA.
While we will begin to immediately address such issues as the CBOA contract, and creating a more cohesive working relationship between our officials and supervisors. These matters, and other agenda items, will be approached with a sense of fairness and a big-picture understanding of what is best for the long-term interests of CBOA.
I stand on the solid ground laid by the previous sixty-one Presidents, and a vibrant membership that has earned the respect of the schools who we serve. I am privileged to follow such proven leaders, and honored to lead such respected officials.
I will seize the responsibilities that lie ahead of us, with clarity to make the most of each day because tomorrow is promised to no one, and to make decisions that will maintain the integrity and legacy of our great organization.
Urgency and perspective.
I will use both attributes to make a positive contribution to CBOA during my term as President.
